2023.06.02 21:15 CrimsCorner Kuki Math
| Hi hi, it's Crims Corner again, with more math for Genshin. Today I bring you information on Kuki, here's a video with more depth and breakdowns to go with it. https://youtu.be/Tv8JDCY1pWw Have you ever looked at all the Kuki numbers and percentages and wondered what is the optimal way to build her? Sure, you can immediately gain a pretty good idea of the basics of how to build her from just looking thru her abilities and guessing Elemental Mastery is probably good on her. But aren't you at least curious how does her Healing compare against using HP% or Elemental Mastery? How much damage are you losing by going HP%? Is it ever worth it? Let's try starting from the beginning. In Genshin the standard way to build a character is the Main Stat on your Artifacts to be Attack% Sands, Damage% Goblet, and Critical Sands. Here's our first chart into examining Kuki that illustrates why, it's clearly superior than just stacking Triple Attack%. https://preview.redd.it/path3qokmn3b1.png?width=451&format=png&auto=webp&s=bb15aadc08aa218c2310b51b5755aef6b5e1f247 However, Kuki is immediately interesting because while her Skill scales with Attack%, her Burst actually scales with her HP%. Even more interesting is the fact that her Burst scaling is actually a little higher than her Skill scaling meaning... https://preview.redd.it/e0jikxulmn3b1.png?width=735&format=png&auto=webp&s=7c7cdf9876feac9f802bad5534d0870b9a42b427 Using HP% Sands, is better for Kuki's damage than Attack% Sands. Not to mention the fairly significant boost to her Healing. That would be great if it ended here, but it doesn't. Kuki is not only an Electro character who generally do pretty well with Elemental Mastery, but she her own Ascension Passive gives her a secondary boost to her Elemental Mastery scaling. https://preview.redd.it/893uxeemmn3b1.png?width=739&format=png&auto=webp&s=6f9a1ed3924076ed47bab2a432d2d59c065a5583 So its clear that if you combine Elemental Mastery with Aggravate Kuki will do more damage, but I think the more interesting thing about the previous slide isn't her Damage, but her Healing. It's pretty clear that her healing strictly scales better with HP% than it does with Elemental Mastery, even with the Ascension. So, it becomes something to consider when building your Kuki... However, Kuki is also just objectively a bad healer, like her numbers are just low compared to other characters. I will be making a video of this in the future. Assumes 6 cores One more chart is building Kuki with Hyperbloom. This chart is more than anything showing how EASY it is to build Hyperbloom than it is how stronger is Hyperbloom. Remember that this is a pretty poorly geared Kuki who is mainly using the correct Main Stats. So, expect all the numbers to vastly increase with gear, however the Hyperbloom numbers will NOT scale as aggressive as the others. Aggravate at (essentially whale) higher levels will surpass Hyperbloom. I included a few more charts such as explaining Healing% on Kuki in the video, but this is the jist of the information. I would really appreciate a click on the video as I'm a new creator, thank you for reading. 2023.06.02 21:14 werepat 2002 Ford Ranger 2wd front lug nuts are getting pretty hot.
I just did a brake change on my Ranger (disks and pads). The rotor and wheel hub are one piece, so the wheel lugs are directly in contact with the brake rotor.
I normally have hub caps covering the lug nuts, but I haven't put them back on yet, as I need to replace the dust covers still, and when I moved to take off the dust cover, it was very hot. Not boiling spit hot, but too hot to comfortably hold onto for very long. So too are the lug nuts.
I drove yesterday for about 5 minutes before touching the lug nut area. Today, I had to drive 40 minutes to get my father to a physical therapist. The lug nuts are just as hot as yesterday's short trip. Not spit sizzling hot!
The brake fluid is not boiling, but it is overfilled about 1/4 inch above the "full" line. It's warm, but not even as hot as a hot shower.
Can anyone help?

2023.06.02 21:14 Changing_Fate (Online)(Wednesday 5/6pm PST)(D&D 5e w/ homebrew aspects)
Hey! I’m a new DM and I’ve been creating my own homebrew world that I hope to share with new people. Games will be Wednesday starting around 5-6 (possibly 7) depending on availability of the group. The game will be run mostly through Roll20, dndbeyond, and discord. Camera isn’t required but encouraged.
My goal is the really push myself to create a fun and interesting story for every single one of my players. I have a lot of framework built for my world with enough space to allow a lot of creative liberties for my players when it comes to their characters. Any kind of character you want to play I hope to push myself to make it possible in my game.
Experienced players or new players are welcomed! I might be new to DMing and even really playing the game, but I have watched an ungodly amount of live plays and listened to many a podcasts, so I know a solid amount but obviously not everything. I would really love to have a group that enjoys playing with each other and makes jokes along the way.
I plan on having a short conversation with the party after each session to check in with how everyone’s feeling and sometimes pitching homebrew rules that can be tested in the coming sessions if the party likes the idea. Leveling up will be a special occasion for the party to get unique attributes based on the sessions leading up to the level up.
Now onto the world…
A previous high-functioning civilization wiped from the world, their relics left for millenium to crumble, rust, and be reclaimed by nature. Juni, the goddess of life, decided it had been long enough since Taccyer had seen the likes of man. Creating many different races, each with their own unique qualities, she sent them into the world before returning to her Great Tree. The many many years following, history seemed to repeat itself as civilizations grew from many of the once run down civilizations. As different groups found the caches of weapons, gold, and knowledge from the the people before them, the outcome of the societies and culture depended on the group that found it. Was it a family that found it and used the cache to fund and create their monarchy? Was it a group of merchants who founded their society on entrepreneurship and business? Or was it an adventuring group who thought the people deserved a voice? Societies expanded around the fallen ruins of their previous civilizations creating the world of Taccyer the people know today.
The Rumble is when the world of Taccyer shudders and shakes as storm clouds gather across the land. This is just a frequent occurrence of Taccyer every 4-7 months. The cause of the Rumble is unknown to all and can only be theorized, some believe it to be a a lovers quarrel of the goddess of the sky, Hefenia, and the god of the earth, Edormir. Others believe it to be the gods being unsatisfied with the people of Taccyer. While some believe it is not caused by the gods at all or is just as natural as Fusha, the goddess of fire, bringing summer or Zora, the goddess of water, bringing winter. So who’s to say if it’s dangerous or not?
Comment on the post if you are interested in playing!

2023.06.02 21:13 mike_santana Having a lot of trouble losing weight even on a calorie deficit. Don’t want to give up and Need help finding out what I’m doing wrong
I am a 21 year old male I’m around 5 ft 8 in And I’m around 219 lbs
I’ve been on a high protein, low fat, low calorie diet for a few weeks and I’ve lost around 0.2 pounds. That’s it. And its incredibly frustrating because I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is my deficit not enough?
My daily caloric intake is 1654 calories, I thought that would be enough of a deficit but maybe I’m wrong? How much of a deficit should I have? I also regularly hit 179 grams of protein daily, without failure (I may go over on protein by a few grams but never over on my overall calories).
I also exercise 5 days a week, weight training 4 out of my 5 days, and cardio where I do a moderately intense cardio for 30 mins (3 mph speed, on maximum incline with no rests) I’m sweating bullets by the end of the cardio but I am able to do it. and with this exercise I burn around 400-450 calories (depending on which treadmill at the gym I use, I am unsure how accurate these numbers actually are) And before anybody Asks, I don’t eat back the calories I burned and I don’t even count these burned calories to my calorie deficit app, I burn them and move on, I don’t use the burned calories as an excuse to eat more.
before anybody asks. Yes I am sure I am not going over on my calories, I meal prep my lunches every day, I track every single thing that I eat on a daily, and in fact, on average I finish my days with around 100 calories to spare of my deficit. and I don’t even eat anything to fill that. I don’t eat past 9:00 at night I weigh myself exactly at 12:00 noon every day, and the number never goes down, in some cases it increases by 0.1-0.3 on some days.
I do not drink coffee so no my expensive Starbucks drink is not where I’m failing, No I am not loading my meals with calorie dense sauces, that could increase my calories, I use zero calorie sauces if anything at all. Even if I was wrong and I am over my calories by 250 (I am not) that should be negated by the calories I burn during my cardio right? And even if I didn’t do cardio and I was over 250, that would put me around 1850 calories anyways, wouldn’t that still be a deficit that I should be losing weight on?
Somebody please help me I don’t want to give up.

2023.06.02 21:13 Eduiwbroad Discover the Beauty of Custom River Tables: A Complete Guide
Experience the stunning allure of a river table with our complete guide. Discover how to get your own custom river table today! Perfect for any space.
River Table
There's something truly mesmerizing about a river flowing through a landscape. It's a natural beauty that captivates us, drawing us in with its calming sounds and graceful movements. But what if you could bring that beauty into your home? Custom river tables offer just that - a stunning piece of furniture that captures the essence of a flowing river. In this complete guide, we'll dive into the world of custom epoxy tables and show you how these unique pieces can bring both style and function to your space. Whether you're looking for a statement piece or simply want to add some natural beauty to your home, a custom
river table is sure to impress. So let's explore the possibilities and discover the beauty of these one-of-a-kind creations.
What are River Tables and Why They're So Popular
River tables are a growing trend in the furniture industry, and for good reason. They are stunning pieces of art that bring nature to your home decor. These tables feature a river-like design created by filling the gap between two slabs of wood with epoxy resin. The result is an eye-catching piece that looks like it was carved from a natural riverbed.
One reason why a
custom epoxy table has become so popular is their uniqueness. No two pieces can ever be identical, making them perfect statement pieces for any living room or office space.
Another reason for their popularity is how versatile they are both in style and function. You can choose from various styles ranging from rustic to contemporary designs while also selecting different types of wood species that suit your taste and interior decor.
Whether you're looking for a coffee table, dining table, or even a custom desk made out of solid wood with an attached river-like design; River Tables will leave everyone who sees them awestruck and admiring its beauty!
How to Choose the Perfect Wood for Your Custom River Table
When creating a custom
epoxy table for sale, the choice of wood is crucial in achieving that perfect look. Hardwoods like black walnut, maple, and cherry are popular choices due to their durability and unique grain patterns. It's important to consider the size of your table as well when choosing wood, since larger tables may require heavier woods to support the weight of the epoxy resin. One thing to keep in mind is that softer woods like pine or poplar may dent more easily over time.
Another aspect to consider is whether you want a live edge or straight edge for your tabletop. Live edges add an organic feel while straight edges provide a more polished look. No matter what type of wood you choose, it's essential to make sure it's properly dried before building your river table. Moisture in the wood can create bubbles in the epoxy resin which will ruin its appearance.
In addition to considering physical qualities such as color and grain pattern, think about how sustainable each option is - investing in sustainably-sourced materials can contribute positively toward our environment while beautifying our spaces at home!
The Art of Pouring Epoxy Resin: Tips and Tricks You Need to Know
When it comes to creating a stunning custom river table, pouring epoxy resin is the key element that gives it its unique and mesmerizing look. The process of pouring epoxy resin can be intimidating for beginners but with a little bit of practice and some tips and tricks, anyone can achieve beautiful results.
First and foremost, it's important to choose the right type of epoxy resin. Make sure to select a high-quality product that is specifically designed for furniture or tabletops. This will ensure that your table stays durable over time.
Before mixing the epoxy, prepare your workspace by covering the floor with plastic or newspapers. Wear gloves to protect your hands from any skin irritation caused by contact with the liquid.
Mixing equal parts of resin and hardener together in a clean container is crucial in achieving perfect clarity without cloudiness or bubbles which could worsen over time. Be sure not to mix too vigorously as this may introduce air bubbles into your mixture which will ruin the final result.
Finally, pour slowly onto one side while gently spreading across then move on to other areas often alternating sides until you have achieved an even finish across all surfaces allowing gravity has ample time to push excesses towards edges before curing begins within a temperature-controlled environment away from direct sunlight.
Trendy Styles and Designs for Your Custom River Table
When it comes to the design of your custom river table, the options are endless. One popular style is to include live edge wood in the design. This means leaving the natural shape of the wood intact rather than cutting it into a straight line. The addition of a live edge adds a touch of rustic charm and uniqueness to your piece.
Another trendy option is to incorporate different colors or elements into your epoxy resin pour. Some people choose to add crystals or stones for an eye-catching effect while others opt for metallic pigments or even glow-in-the-dark powder for added flair.
No matter what style you choose, remember that this is meant to be a unique and personalized piece that reflects your individual taste and personality. So take some time to experiment with different styles and designs until you find one that truly speaks to you!
How Much Should You Pay for a High-Quality Custom River Table?
When it comes to custom river tables, the price can vary greatly depending on several factors. The size and complexity of the design, as well as the type of wood and epoxy resin used will affect the cost. High-quality river tables that are made with exotic woods can be particularly expensive due to their rarity.
On average, a basic 6-foot table could cost anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500 while a larger or more intricate design could run upwards of $5,000 or more. It's important to remember that investing in a high-quality piece will pay off in the long run as these pieces are built to last for generations.
If you're looking for an affordable option or have your heart set on a certain design but don't want to break the bank, consider working with local artisans who specialize in creating custom furniture. They may offer competitive pricing compared to bigger companies and can often provide personalized attention throughout the process.
Ultimately, when it comes time to purchase your custom river table make sure you do your research and get quotes from multiple sources before making a final decision.
Maintaining the Beauty of Your Custom Epoxy River Table Over Time
After investing in a beautiful custom river table, it's important to take proper care of it so that it can continue to delight you and your guests for years to come. One key element of maintenance is preventing damage from heat sources, as epoxy resin can become soft or even melt at high temperatures. Always use coasters or trivets under hot dishes, and avoid placing anything too hot directly on the table.
Regular cleaning is also essential for preserving the beauty of your river table. Use a soft cloth dampened with water or a mild cleaner specifically designed for use on epoxy surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals like ammonia or bleach which can cause discoloration over time.
If scratches do occur on the surface of your table, a quick fix is using a polishing compound specifically made for epoxy resin surfaces. For deeper scratches, consult with an expert in furniture repair rather than attempting DIY fixes that could make matters worse.
With proper care and attention, your custom river table will remain both functional and stunning for many years to come!
In conclusion, custom river tables are more than just a piece of furniture - they're works of art that can add beauty and elegance to any space. With the right combination of wood and epoxy resin, you can create a stunning focal point in your home or office that is sure to impress. Remember to choose high-quality materials and work with experienced craftsmen who have mastered the art of pouring epoxy resin. Whether you prefer classic styles or trendy designs, there's a custom river table out there for you. And with proper maintenance and care, your beautiful new piece will continue to shine for years to come. So go ahead and explore the world of custom river tables- we guarantee that it will be an experience worth having!

2023.06.02 21:11 ZeChester Looking for potential members to join a peer review writing group
Hello potential friends, I'm a relatively newer aspiring fantasy author. I'm looking to get more reviews for my story and I was wondering if people would be interested in forming a peer review group!
The idea would be that each member of the group would review one another story via google docs and provide encouragement/constructive criticisms to help each other improve in their writing. To be clear, everyone in the group would be both writing AND reading. We could potentially create some sort of group chat to disscuss, but I think it would be a fun way for everyone in the group to improve.
I'm looking for 3-5 fantasy preferred, but sci-fi or similiar genres could work as well. Please let me know if you would be interested🙂

2023.06.02 21:10 mike_santana Having a lot of trouble losing weight even on a calorie deficit. Don’t want to give up and Need help finding out what I’m doing wrong.

2023.06.02 21:09 Majictank Opinions on my Over-channel/Overexertion mechanics.
Hey all, long time player, new dm. I have two mechanics that I’m wanting to implement into my games but not to sure if it’s fair play or not. Keep in mind these are supposed to be Hail Mary plays so they’re supposed to be punishing, but I’m not to sure if it’s too punishing or not punishing enough.
Here’s what I have: Overchannel: If you want to cast a spell higher than your caliber or don’t have the spell slots to do so, you can still cast the spell but with a few requirements. You can also use this to cast spells at higher levels. 1. You have to know how to cast the spell. If you don’t you can make an spell check DC equal 12+spell level (if you know the spell exists but have no means of learning it) 2. You take damage equal to 1d10 per spell level. This damage cannot be negated in anyway 3. Reduce your max HP by said damage. You can recover this damage by using up to your con mod hit dice per long rest. You can’t regain hit dice if you choose to do this. 4. If you drop to 0 because of this damage, you take one fail death saving and lose one of your spell slots equal to the spell level cast. 5. If you cast a spell that’s of a level you don’t have, lose your highest spell slots instead until it equals the level of the spell cast. If you can’t pay the price, you lose those spell slots permanently unless you find a cure. 6. If you cast a spell that’s a level you do have, you lose the spell slot. 7. You can recover the spell slots by doing light activity/resting for days equal to the spell level slot you want to recover. (i.e to recover a 3rd level slot, you have to rest for 3 days. etc. etc. )
Over exertion: You can over exert yourself at the risk of damaging yourself. 1. You have two options a. You can take 1d8 damage and add an additional damage dice or add the number rolled to your attack. (Once per round) b. You can take 1d10 damage instead to take an extra attack if you used your attack action. But each subsequent attack costs an additional 1d10. (1st time take 1d10. 2nd take 2d10 and so on. ) 2. This damage cannot be prevented in any way and your max reduces by the same amount. 3. If you choose 1.a you have to be in melee range. 4. You can recover your max by expending hit dice equal to con mod per long rest. You don’t recover hit dice if you choose to do so. 5. If you would drop to 0 because of this damage you take one failed save.
Let me know what you guys think. If I should change anything or if it sounds good. Do feel free to use this in your own games if you guys think it’s a cool mechanic to have.

2023.06.02 21:09 Someguy-Somewhere Can withdrawal start at lunch?
Yesterday around 5 I started to feel very odd and spaced out, I was terrified it was a seizure or something but nothing happened. Today at 3 I started feeling odd but was at home and had a drink.
Complicating factor is I just had cancer and am on a lot of drugs. Plus after my last seizure I'm so paranoid - it felt like slipping into a nap so now km afraid of being drowsy. Like I only got 3 hours sleep, maybe I'm just falling asleep on the couch but it's freaking me out

I just can’t get my head around this situation So would love some advice from people in there 40s.
I am not the desperate kinda of girl not to blow my own trumpet but I don’t need to be. But this situation has left my mind boggling. Would love some advice.
So I am 25 F I own a hairdressing salon about 8 months ago a man 42M come in for his hair it was an instant attraction. We flirted etc but nothing come of it for a long time.
Until we ended up kissing so it got a little more steamy we swapped numbers he would text me here and there nothing to serious. But every time he came in for his hair we would kiss and have a grab etc he would get turned on very easily.
I said from the start it couldn’t be anything serious because of the age gap he has children etc.
He never took me on a date but always kinda promised it but nothing ever come of it.
So nothing has actually happened between me and him other than a kiss here and there when he would come in for his hair.
I saw him today for a haircut and he apologised for being quiet over text and I said it’s fine I assumed you was married off or started seeing someone he said no. But asked me if I had I said yes I have been on a few dates I’m not holding my self back because he doesn’t want to put the effort in.
He said the reason was he was worried he would fall in love with me, and it all goes tits up with him being so close to where I work he was worried it could get bitter. But once again he kissed me and got an erection. What is going on here? Am I missing something? I am starting to think he is married. Just for the record I have asked him multiple times if he is married or has a girlfriend he denies it.

Tw abuse
I had a dream last night about my mum abusing me and took my phone away then that she kicked me out the house, so i went upstairs to try to get my cash and my old iPhone 5 (which I've kept all these years just in case) and other things to pack etc but she wouldn't let me in my bedroom and started smashing things up in there and putting things in bin bags, then i woke up. I get these types of dreams all the time bc she did stuff like this all the time when i was a kid. My mum hasn't hit me since i was 15 (I'm 18 now) but the emotional stuff is still going on and she denies her abuse was abuse.
When i woke up i almost immediately setup my old phone again (charged it, logged into snapchat) but i didn't think much of it and just thought i was being hypervigelent but im glad i did it now
Anyways today i came downstairs to the kitchen to eat and my brother made a joke about we weren't allowed sun cream as kids ("cancer") and my mum got a little bit offended but laughed, and then i made a joke about we weren't allowed deodorant until a few years ago (again "cancer") so then she started shouting about how it actually does cause cancer, and i was like okay please stop shouting at me but she just kept going and going until i screamed and left.
Next thing she texts me saying how I'm deliberately trying to make her look crazy and that i "say shit then walk away" and she called me a grenade and then started saying shit about how i think i was abused but I'm dramatic
Obviously that today wasn't abuse but that along with the dream i had triggered the hell out of my ptsd. It happens all the time, i get these dreams almost every night and my mum picks arguements and fucking screams at me whenever she's in a bad mood. I just don't know what to do i cant move out and i cant stop reliving shit i don't want to relive all the fucking time
