"I do not know. We'll peek later. For now: brainstorming. Let's throw out some ideas! A story is not just some characters and a location! In any case, a university and a dorm are an insufficient list of locations for the action to take place in!"

"Add cafes and roomsies of hundreds of my gal-pals and the dis-co-clubs!"

I’ve had to contact customer support many times unfortunately since the quality of the Fitbit never seems to be good. I know that if I call or chat, I’m not really going to get through to anybody with any information. But honestly, despite all my Fitbit’s breaking regularly, and the lack of features Fitbit has added to their watches, I really have stayed around for the challenges. I’m just wondering who could possibly be reached out to because I can’t find an email address just to express how disappointed I am. Not that would make a difference but if they don’t replace it I’ll get an Apple Watch. No one probably cares, but I’d feel better telling them how I feel. 😂

She was my best friend. And we had to end things on good terms due to distance as she moved back to her home state.
She was my best and only friend. It was perfect. We helped each other through the darkest points in our lives. We’ve held each other why the other sobbed. Nobody in the world will have made it as far as she did into my me and still love me.

I am just so devastated. We knew we would have to part ways, and we went for it anyways. Her mom had passed a few years back and she had been trying to heal since. She was lost, as we all are sometimes. And so, she decided to move back to her home town before we even met.
I support her. I just want her to be happy and okay. But fuck as selfish as it is, I wish she stayed. I wish I followed her. So I sit here crying, looking at the hat she made me, the notes she’d leave me, the pages of kind and thoughtful words she’d write me, the pictures she’d draw for me.
She even had me watching corny beautiful romantic movies like “call me by your name” . I will never meet another girl like her. She was my best friend above all. She was it. She is what made all of this worth it.
I’ve never had a loss such as this. I don’t know what else to do. Even if no one reads this, I’m glad I got something out of my head. I’m so sorry if you’re hurting too.

My job requires me to log hours worked on equipment on our computer maintenance management system, but there is currently no where for us to put our time for administrative tasks...So we need to write up a weekly report of all the stuff we did a job d such to account for the missing time.

IE. Made phone calls and asked for quotes for X, timer starts running, attending a meeting, stops first timer, initiates new task. After meeting go back to call s for first task, start my timer again, etc.

Hello ABTF, I got help here years ago before having babies, and now 8 years and 3 babies later I’m back to find bras that fit and accommodate my needs.
To start off, my measurements:
Loose Underbust - 36” Snug Underbust - 34” Tight Underbust - 33” Standing Bust - 43” Leaning Bust - 45” Lying Bust - 44”
Calculator Suggested Starting Size: 36G in UK sizing.
Pre-babies my best fitting bra was a Panache Natasha Balconnet in 34FF but I did end up needing an extender because the band was too tight.
I’ve gained some weight post babies, and pregnancy changed my body obviously, but I’ve also learned more about my body and received some medical diagnoses since then. One of those is Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which is complicating matters trying to find bras. Because of my EDS, I have injuries to both of my shoulders, causing pain from shoulder straps if they’re tight. At the same time, a band that’s “tight enough” for most to take the weight off my shoulders causes issue with my ribs and Costochondritis (basically, inflammation in cartilage in my chest that feels like heart related chest pain) which is not only uncomfortable but makes self monitoring my heart condition a bit complicated because I can’t always tell if my chest pain is heart related or inflammation related. To top things off I’m also Autistic and some fabrics give me sensory issues.
Ever since early in my first pregnancy I’ve only been able to tolerate wireless bras. When I was breastfeeding my breasts were just too tender for wires no matter how well they fit, and since weaning they’ve continued to be uncomfortable for me. When nursing I lived in Cake Maternity bras that felt perfect, but I had to stop wearing them when my shoulders started having issues from the straps. I’m open to trying underwire again, if I could find something that didn’t hurt. The catch being, I can’t try things on because I live on an island with no bra stores that carry bras in larger sizes (La Senza and La Vie En Rose). I always end up having to order online. I’m also in Canada and shipping costs are brutal.
I have spent the last 3 months basically not able to wear a bra at all because of pain. With winter starting to slip away though I can’t hide under a thick winter coat forever and I miss having bras I could wear without pain. Not to mention being brakes all day contributes to back pain. I also have really wanted to find some cute lingerie and not frumpy bras.
I would really appreciate any advice anyone has for me. I’m pretty desperate for comfort, and I want to have cute bras again.

Écoutez-vous la radio ? Pourquoi ou pourquoi pas ?

Au moment, je n'écoute pas la radio traditionnelle. Me vient à l'esprit un seul type d'occasion où j'écoute la radio : lorsque je suis en voiture. Mais au moment, je n'ai pas une voiture, ce n'est pas très utile où j'habite, et donc je n'écoute pas du radio.
Ce n'est pas la même chose, mais j'écoute toujours des podcasts. À la fin, les podcasts sont comme la radio, mais on peut choisir la transmission à écouter et on le peut aussi faire hors ligne. Dans les dernières années, les podcasts sont devenus très populaires et la radio s'est aussi adaptée à cette nouvelle tendance. Aujourd'hui, beaucoup d'émissions à la radio ont des sites web et des applications pour le smartphone, où on peut écouter l'émission en différé et le télécharger en tant que podcast.

Attention, il est question ici d'idée suicidaire.
Un membre de ma famille (que je nommerai Alex) vit une situation difficile, cela dure depuis l'année dernière, et empire. Il a 15 ans. Mes parents ne sont pas à l'écoute ou minimise ses problèmes. Mes frères et ma sœur ont tous un comportement le plus souvent au mieux neutre, au pire hostile envers lui. Je suis le seul frère à son écoute, je suis son confident.
Dans la famille, je suis celui que l'on écoute quand il a quelque chose à dire : mes parents m'ont toujours considéré comme plus mûre, plus réfléchi. J'ai essayé d'évoquer le mal-être d'Alex à ma mère et à mes frères ainsi qu'à ma sœur, quasi en vain. J'ai aussi recommandé à ma mère de prendre des décisions importantes, comme prendre des RDV avec des psychiatres : Alex a plusieurs fois montré des signes d'un profond mal-être que je sais être incapable de gérer seul, et Alex est d'accord pour consulter un psychologue ou un psychiatre.
À ce jour, je n'ai pas d'informations concernant la consultation de l'un ou l'autre de ces spécialistes, et je viens de recevoir un message d'Alex pour me dire qu'il envisage sérieusement de mettre fin à ses jours prochainement. Je n'ai pas de voiture, et je suis actuellement à 130km de mon domicile.
Je suis paniqué, en larmes, et je ne sais pas comment réagir. Je n'ai pas ouvert son message pour éviter qu'il pense que je l'ignore.
