Hey guys, I'm looking for some help with my KRK Rokit 6's. They were in storage for a good 2-3 years but I recently pulled them out and set them back up. I remember one of them used to give me issues with cutting out that I could fix by raising and lowering the volume, but it seems to have progressed to something else beyond that now. I'm also pretty sure I'm beyond the warranty since I got them probably 6-7 years ago.
They both power up fine and respond immediately to audio. One of them continues to work perfectly fine with no issues. The other one ONLY works for the first 30-45~ seconds or so after it's been turned on, then it clips out suddenly and goes silent and refuses to work until I leave it off for a while, which after it will do the same thing - work for just under a minute then fizzle out. I can reproduce the problem over and over just by unplugging the speaker, waiting 30 seconds or so, then plugging it back in - whenever I do this back to back it only works for about 10 seconds before going silent.
I've tried different power sources, cables, etc. so I'm pretty sure it's the monitor. I've opened up the back and inspected the connections and capacitors, everything looks fine and nothing looks blown. There's also no infamous black goo anywhere, at least not that I can see. I also replaced the fuse.
If anyone has had this kind of issue help would be greatly appreciated. The speaker is perfectly functional from the standpoint of "can it play audio as intended?" but it just refuses to work for any useful amount of time and I can't figure out why.

This is a snippet from "Poodle Clipping and Grooming", the International Reference by Shirlee Kalstone, found on page 10 under Corded Coats.
Poodles were once divided into two coat types: corded and curly. The corded Poodle's coat hung in long, ropelike cords from the body, ears and tail. The cords, often more than 20 inches long, covered the front legs like a skirt when they hung naturally to the ground. To keep them from dragging along and attracting dirt, the cords were often tied up in cloth bundles with leather straps or ribbons over the dog's back. Regardless of the Poodle's sex, the cords above the eyes were pulled upwards on the top of the head and knotted or tied with a velvet or satin bow, which author Ernest Baines described as "looking like a little girl going to a party." A great deal of time was devoted to maintaining the cords. They were never combed out and were seldom bathed, although they had to be oiled frequently to keep the long ends from becoming brittle and snapping off. Writers of the times sometimes described corded Poodles as "offending the nostrils" and mentioned how difficult it was to make pets of them or to keep them in the house.
Corded Poodles made their debut in the British show ring in 1876 and occupied a commanding position at dog shows in England and on the European continent for years. They must have been the "darlings" of newsmen of the day, as they are described and portrayed frequently in popular magazines, newspapers and books. Rawdon Lee describes a poodle in 1899 named Fairy Queen, shown by an Englishwoman from Leeds, that caused a great distraction at the shows: "This was a white dog and its cords were of such length that they were many inches longer than the height of the animal. Up for grabs are four knives that are basically New or New. The story behind them are that I purchased and never got to use them, or they just didn’t do it for me so they just sat. I may have slipped into pocket around house and cut an Amazon package or so to test it. Everything has boxes and stuff that came with bc they didn’t get used and put back in the box. I’m left handed so it’s part of the reason I did y rant to keep a couple of them, also, if they aren’t used and are just sitting, it’s not fair for the knives. Would like to just sell, but if you have something interesting like a Spyderco Vallotton Dual Action, Glycon, etc.
My Knives:
•DLT Trading ProTech Malibu. It has an M390 black Reverse Tanto blade, and a textured blue handle. Taken out of box, fidgeted a few times, tried the right hand carry around the house, just couldn’t stand it. Ergos are great, action is nice, tolerances are second to none! Box, pouch, warranty stuff, and in need of a good home. These guys were sold out immediately in two minutes or less. Minty condition fresh! I seen these going for $320, I’ll do SV:$300
•AD 20.5 Sharksfoot Aus10 and orange grive. The blade is nice and shines with a nice finish, carrying was indoor, but I didn’t like the blade thickness so I always put it back in box before I left bc I rather take something slicier. It opened a package at most and I never got to like it. Basically new as well. Box, pouch, etc. purchased for $150 a little while back, I’ll do SV:$130 this blade is nice and heavy, it actually makes me think twice now when I look the other way when I see this steel. Never got to use it to cut really so I can’t say anything about edge retention and toughness.
•SOG-TAC AU Compact. Ti-Nitride costed Cryo-D2 blade with Tanto shape. I carried this a couple times for an hour or two. The factory edge sucked, and was too much of an angle for what I liked, so I sharpened it on my Worksharp Precision Adjust Elite, took it from the lowest to the strop. It’s now at 20 degrees instead of factory which was over 22. Other than that, it’s perfect. It was in a conceal pouch in my bag, so it seen no pocket time. I just put the clip on the other day bc I haven’t really used it since when I first got it once or twice. Paid 125 I think, SV: $105.
QSP Penguin- Green Ti, Black washed 154cm. It’s also a liner lock, and the Ti scales have same look to them as the blade, made to hide any blemishes. It’s brand new, never carried or cut. It literally just sat and sat and sat. Flicked a couple times to make sure it’s still there, but don’t like the right hand carry only. Built like a little tank. New and I paid 97 for it. SV:$88

•AD 20.5 Sharksfoot Aus10 and orange grive. The blade is nice and shines with a nice finish, carrying was indoor, but I didn’t like the blade thickness so I always put it back in box before I left bc I rather take something slicier. It opened a package at most and I never got to like it. Basically new as well. Box, pouch, etc. purchased for $150 a little while back, I’ll do SV:$130 this blade is nice and heavy, it actually makes me think twice now when I look the other way when I see this steel. Never got to use it to cut really so I can’t say anything about edge retention and toughness.
•SOG-TAC AU Compact. Ti-Nitride costed Cryo-D2 blade with Tanto shape. I carried this a couple times for an hour or two. The factory edge sucked, and was too much of an angle for what I liked, so I sharpened it on my Worksharp Precision Adjust Elite, took it from the lowest to the strop. It’s now at 20 degrees instead of factory which was over 22. Other than that, it’s perfect. It was in a conceal pouch in my bag, so it seen no pocket time. I just put the clip on the other day bc I haven’t really used it since when I first got it once or twice. Paid 125 I think, SV: $105.
QSP Penguin- Green Ti, Black washed 154cm. It’s also a liner lock, and the Ti scales have same look to them as the blade, made to hide any blemishes. It’s brand new, never carried or cut. It literally just sat and sat and sat. Flicked a couple times to make sure it’s still there, but don’t like the right hand carry only. Built like a little tank. New and I paid 97 for it. SV:$88

I am now in the process of making my first gaming video and need your help with audio please. Specifically, how to tune in loudness. I am aiming for - 14 Lufs for long term/integrated loudness and - 1.5 peaks.
I use daVinci for editing and been playing around with the compressor and limiter, so the peaks should be under control.
But how do you increase the overall loudness levels while keeping everything in sync and avoiding clipping? I have separate tracks for game audio, voice and music. I tried using normalization (for peaks to - 10 dbfs for voice and - 20 dbfs for music), but overall loudness seems very low.

Now I'm no professional critic or anything, but I do know that my brain says "Mallet Song Good." So I just want to touch on what I love from the album!
Incoming Transmission: Absolutely my favourite of the opening tracks. I always love when a familiar leitmotif starts playing in a sequel or spinoff or whatever, and this track got me super pumped for the rest of the album! Great stuff!
Holy Flaming Hammer of Unholy Cosmic Frost: An absolutely phenomenal track, and our first glimpse at what normal day-to-day life is like in the kingdom. I remember when the video came out and I heard "Sanctus! Dominus!" at the clone awakening part for the first time. It's all in all an epic track with a great music video (misspelling of Interdimensional in the music video included!)
Imperium Dundaxia: Immediately powerful and intense, and overall a great track, giving us both the quest for the clone and Angus II. Angus II in this song probably shows the most intense hatred of ol' Zargy out of any song from the band prior. Truly a great introduction for our new hero!
Wasteland Warrior Hoots Patrol: The start gave me big 2nd album vibes, and overall the song does have those vibes throughout. The first line of the song, "Cruising down the highway, powered by Hoots!" had me laughing for a while when I first listened yesterday. Absolutely phenomenal chorus. Chris was right that it would be fun to sing. The music video is completely phenomenal and silly. The fact that Angus enters the Konami code on his glove is a great detail! The Hootsman suddenly pulling out the hybrid saxophone was completely unexpected and is always a great scene. Also, side note, this is the first time a Gloryhammer song has contained any "not kid-friendly" language since... I guess "rape" in Unicorn Invasion of Dundee? I also love the notable differences in Proletius' outfit. It makes sense story-wise and adds just a little more to the video as a whole! Overall, absolutely love the song!
Brothers of Crail: An mighty song for the mighty knights! I absolutely love the rhythm of it! Of course, I love the inclusion of Proletius talking again. Got a good laugh from it. Reminds me of "Unsightly peasants of Wacken, you have proven yourselves to be unsightly indeed!" Overall, not much to really say about it other than it's already one of my favourite songs from the band!
Fife Eternal: A great song for getting the squad back together again. Tells us more about the world of Imperium Dundaxia, and Angus' "The second of my name!" part reminds me of "Angus McFife, the thirteenth my name!" Overall, another incredible track on this incredible album! Ending with setting Angus on his quest for the Laserblaster is nice.
Sword Lord of The Goblin Horde: I love this, it has a slower, more 1st-album-y feel to it which is nice. Reminds me of Quest For The Hammer of Glory specifically. We get introduced to a new type of enemy, Toxic Laser-Slimes. It's always nice to see some random, silly new thing get added to the universe. It's a great song and I love it.
Vorpal Laserblaster of Pittenweem: Finally, a song about one of the other artifacts! Now we only need a Knife of Evil song to complete the trilogy! A dragon flying across the sapphire skies harkens back to Epic Rage of Furious Thunder. Angus' determination to obtain the Laserblaster stung a bit from a story-focussed standpoint, since we knew Alpha-1 would beat him to it. Despite knowing that, his dialogue at the end still instilled this feeling of dread in me when I first listened. Excellent song and a major loss for the forces of justice. I was really uncertain as to how the album would end, as realistically there was no way for Angus, with only the Hammer, to defeat both Zargothrax and Alpha-1 while they have the Laserblaster and the Knife.
Keeper of The Celestial Flame of Abernethy: Absolutely amazing song with a masterfully animated music video. I know I mention how good the animation is a lot but it's warranted. I never would have expected an official animated music video from the band, but when I saw the skull and realized it was the same person who did P.A.R.T.Y. for Alestorm, I knew it was going to be amazing. There's not much to say that hasn't already been said about this song. It tells us about Zargothrax's origins and motives and is overall a great addition to the lineup for the band. Ever since I heard a little of it from that small clip on Instagram, I was excited. It's the only time I've listened to a song before it came out thanks to people recording concerts.
Maleficus Geminus (Colossus Matrix 38B - Ultimate Invocation of The Binary Thaumaturge): Well we finally made it here. The start is unique and has a somewhat nostalgic feeling to it. Suddenly, the song properly begins with an ominous vibe that instilled even more uncertainty in me about the outcome of the battle ahead. Once again, the Knights of Crail are swiftly defeated, as is expected. I love the "Robot Prince of Auchtertool" part, it's extremely fun. Gives me a similar feeling to "For the king of space, we will fight to end this race!" in Fires of Ancient Cosmic Destiny. The song quieting for a moment as the containment fails and the original Zargothrax is set free instills this dreadful feeling. I'd seen comments on here of "dun dun DOUBLE dun dun WIZARD" but I didn't expect it to actually be in the song. That and the chanting right after it make me think of the world just shattering under the power of the Double Wizard. The ending of the song left me completely speechless. I still honestly haven't processed it fully. The Starlords, the chorus of Holy Flaming Hammer, everything. It's an phenomenal ending to a phenomenal album. I feel like I can't say enough just how much I love this album.

According to nba.com's official stats, last night we had 30 three point attempts that were classified as either open, or wide open (16 wide open, 14 open.) On the flip side, we only gave up 19 wide open, or open three point shots (9 wide open, 10 open.)
After shooting 49% on wide open + open threes vs the Celtics, we shot only 36.6% on these shots vs the Nuggets. If we shot at a similar clip as we did vs the Celtics, that would mean 15/30 instead of 11/30. 4 more three point makes is 12 points, and a game that's extremely winnable.
A big difference maker between the two teams were the two point attempts. 38% of the Nuggets field goals were classified as "tight" (Defender within 2-4 feet) or contested. The Nuggets shot 63.3% on these shots. On the flip side, 28% of our field goals were contested, and we shot only 37% from the field on such shots.
Against the Lakers, the Nuggets shot 54.5% on these types of shots. They shot 58.4% vs the Suns, who don't have any interior defense at all. They shot 56.4% vs the Timberwolves. So we can probably safely assume 55% is the floor that the Nuggets will shoot on tightly contested shots.
The explanation for our very low two point FG % is that the Nuggets frequently times packed the paint which made life difficult for us on two point shots. Often times the Heat players would be seeing at least two bodies in the paint when trying to drive to the rim. Butler in particular saw at least 3 bodies in the paint on at least four 1st quarter possessions, which explains why he couldn't really get going.
If the Nuggets continue this game plan to give us this many open threes, and our shooting gets back to Celtics series or Bucks series levels, we should be in great shape for the series. If we continue bricking the open threes while the Nuggets continue to pack the paint, it should end up being a short series for us.

it went by so so fast today though and now i am about to enjoy a bath and then take a nap with this cool ice pack i bought that i can clip into my underwear like a pad 🤤
i was so scared of this test but now that it's over i am really thankful to have another insight into my body and what's going on. it went better than i expected once all of the appropriate devices and catheters were in (last time i couldn't get past the first cath they use just to empty your bladder completely... woof.) review is next week with the doctor!
nurse who did the test said my muscles look great though, which is awesome because i was really nervous they were going to push PT again and i really do think that i've gotten the most i'll ever get out of it - which, granted, was a LOT. but not enough that i have ever been confident pelvic floor dysfunction was actually the root of my pain.

Recently got myself a camera (DJI Osmo Action 3) and started recording my downhills. I edit out the pauses and stuff and upload them to youtube unlisted, so I can show the videos to friends or family without having them saved on my devices.
I record either on 2.7k or 1080p with 30fps, export the video in 1080p from the editing software and upload it to youtube. When looking at the footage straight of the sd card or after exporting, it looks great, but after uploading to youtube its very blurry and the bitrate is bad. Maybe someone can tell me what I can do better or how you do it to get good quality on youtube.
